Introduction
BSNL Tunes is the Brand name of BSNL's Personlised Ring Back Tone service. PRBT is a service in which you can select a jingle as the RBT instead of normal tring tring. You can select movie songs, album songs, Funny tunes and lot more as your RBT. As defined by you your callers will get to hear the jingle.
PRBT is available to all the subscribers of BSNL. The service can be availed by both Pre Paid as well as Post Paid subscribers.

This website caters to the subscribers of BSNL West zone. West zone includes five states of BSNL namely Maharashtra,Goa,Chattisgarh,Gujrat & Madhya Pradesh.
Charges:
The BSNL Tunes service is provided to subscribers at the following charges:
Monthly PRBT subscription: Rs 30
Song selection: Rs 12
The monthly subscription charges of Rs 30 are charged at the time of PRBT activation and PRBT renewal.
The song selection charges of Rs 12 are charged on selection of any new song or renewal of the song. The validity of any song is 30 days

1)IVRS Calling charge:
56700, 56789, 56768: Rs 2 per minute
5670000 - 5670099: Rs 2 per minute
56799: Rs 1 per minute
56777: Free

56700: Rs 2 per SMS
56799: Toll Free
3.Micro Charging of PRBT subscription:
This is a special billing feature exclusively for Pre Paid customers who want to enjoy the PRBT service but do not have sufficient balance to pay the monthly subscription charges of Rs 30.
In this feature if a customer requests for PRBT activation or at the time of PRBT subscription renewal if the customer account balance is less than Rs 30 then based on the balance available the system does slab billing. If a customer has Rs 10 then the same is deducted and service is given for 10 and if the customer doesn’t have Rs 10 then Rs 2 is deducted and service is given for 2 days.
4. How to Subscribe and Select a Song
You can activate PRBT and select song via various channels available in the PRBT system. A BSNL subscriber can select and set a BSNL Tune through any of the following channels:
1.IVRS: By dialing IVRS and selecting a song from the various available categories:
Example: If you want to download a latest Hindi song, then you can dial 56700, enter the Hindi category and select the latest songs category and search for the required song.
Various IVRS Short codes are mentioned above in the charges section
2.SMS:
You can send SMS to 56700 mentioning <SUBSCRIBE> to activate the BSNL Tunes service. You can also SMS <HELP> to 56700 to give you various options
You can send an SMS to 56700 mentioning the RBT code of the song that you want to set. You should be aware of the RBT code. Example: If you want to set the song Masakali then you need to send SMS <BT 32102> to 56700
You can also search and set the song that you are looking for from a Toll free SMS search service. Example: If you want to find and set the song Masakali then you first need to send SMS <Search Masakali> to 56799. You will receive a reply from 56799 with all the options for song Masakali. Now to set the song you just need to reply via SMS <Serial No of the song> to 56799
3.Press Star (*) to copy: *&9
Now getting your favorite tune has become even more easy. Liked your friend's Tune? Now you can copy the Tune & set it on your BSNL Mobile.
It's very Simple! Just call your friend, and while the Tune is playing, simply press the * key and 9 from your BSNL Mobile. That's it - The BSNL Tune will be automatically copied and set on your phone
Note: Remember, you can only copy the BSNL Tune while the song is playing. Also you can only copy the BSNL Tune from friends who have BSNL connection. If you do not have BSNL Tune activated on your BSNL phone, pressing * key and 9 will automatically activate the service for subscription.
4.Out Bound Dialing (OBD):
You can also activate and set BSNL tunes service by selecting a song via OBD which is a promotion call that you receive from the PRBT system and listen to various songs. While listening to the song you can press the required digit from your mobile handset to request for the song

You can also activate the PRBT service and song from this website. Just search for your favorite song from the various options available on this site and set it as your BSNL Tune. Go for it.....
How to Unsubscribe the BSNL Tunes service
You can deactivate the BSNL Tunes service by:
1)Dialing 56700 and entering the other services category and selecting the unsubscription option
2)Sending an SMS <UNSUB> to 56700 or 56799 (Toll free)
3)Also you can deactivate the service from the unsubscription option available on this web portal
